Beth Schaeffer is an American contemporary jewelry and accessories designer. While she designs her collection in Alford, MA, it is inspired by global culture and is produced by artisans in Colombia, The Philippines, Guatemala and other developing nations. Those design elements are elevated for the fashion customer.

 

Beth hits the road to be inspired, but also to work with artisans in the regions she discovers. Using ancient techniques, all pieces are fully crafted by hand. The resulting designs have an organic, but very modern feel — an east meets west sensibility that bluma project is known for.

Color is a huge part of the bluma narrative and every season’s palette is sprinkled throughout the collection – whether it be a bead pattern or fringe gradient.
